Purchased items will be collected, shipped and delivered within 1 working day when ordered before 4 pm CEST in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Of course, we want everyone in the world to join our movement. We also want to be trustworthy. We want to make our carbon footprint as small as can be. Because Refurbkicks is started in the Benelux, we will only send our kicks to addresses in the Benelux. In the near future we will be available in other European countries and we will operate from there. This also helps to support local and national businesses and employment.

For orders, we accept Mastercard, Visa, GiroPay, ApplePay or Paypal.

For the Netherlands we also accept iDeal.

Let’s be sure. First, we want to say sorry that your kicks don’t meet your expectations or don’t fit. To help us learn and improve our service, you are welcome to share your feedback with us. Thanks in advance.

Second, we want to make sure that we don’t unnecessarily harm our environment by shipping kicks twice. Please take a good look at the condition in which your kicks were listed before you return them. It might be that they aren’t brand new, but like new or even slightly worn. If so, you did well. Because of you, you kept them from ending up in landfills. So, wear them with pride! And those little imperfections? Nobody will notice, only you know.

As part of our sustainable-as-can-be-policy, we also encourage everybody to use our size advisor ShoeSize.Me (soon available). This prevents an extra return shipment and creates less harm to our environment. And of course, you get the right size.

Eventually, when you see no other option than returning your kicks, this is how it works:

We don’t have every size available. That’s why you can only return (and not exchange) your shoes within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll refund your payment within 14 days.

Of course, you’ll need to open the package and check the contents. However, the product must be returned unused, with the original packing and labelling as well. When trying on shoes, we recommend doing so with clean socks on soft surfaces, such as carpet, to avoid any new wear and tear.

If the return conditions aren’t met, we may be forced to charge extra handling costs or may even refuse the return shipment.

Keep your tracking number and a copy of your receipt when an order is returned. Make sure you enclose the order form which can be used as a return form. We don’t refund the shipping costs of this return.

Please notice that the original shoebox is not the shipment package and must be free of stickers, adhesive tape, etcetera.

Please be aware that our return procedure will take at least 5 working days. After being processed you will automatically receive an e-mail.

If a product that you have ordered through our webshop has arrived damaged or faulty, we would like to receive a notification about it within 2 days after delivery. Send us an email with your order number and at least 2 photos of the damage, so that we can solve it for you as soon as possible! If you have placed an order where a price change takes place within 48 hours, we will gladly compensate you. Please contact our customer support for this.
